The ILL Vue app should also have one. Test plan: 0. as kohadev-koha: `yarn api:bungle && yarn js:build` as root: `koha-plack --reload kohadev` 1. Turn off the ILLModule syspref 2. Step 1 said to turn off the ILL module, I think this was supposed to say enable the ILL module. Testing notes (using KTD): 1.
