There would either need to be a master setting to indicate if staff are allowed to pick a branch when they login, or if they pick something they are not allowed, Koha should force them to pick between their branches. It would also be great if the IP addresses we can define under each branch would actually be useful for this, and detect for them which branch they are set to when they login.
