I wonder - is the fee per type (digital scan, photocopy) or depending on the number of pages too? Maybe instead of a default/calculated fee, the first step would be to have an input field to add the costs manually.

Yes, we should be able to differentiate. But adding it manually per request might be too cumbersome. So I guess we need a standard fee, and a price per page above some threshold or so to make it sufficiently flexible. For both copy as well as scan. Say fee = 1, threshold = 20, page = 0.1 Then we could have 10 pages for 1, 20 pages for 1, 25 pages for 1.5, 30 pages for 2, etc. Any better ideas are welcome ! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. One of the challenges here would be to extract the number of pages from a free text field btw..

We could as a suggestion, but you need to be able to change it manually - often what the user gives is not correct or they only tell the start page etc. Sometimes an ad page might be in between that is left out for scanning etc. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
