Since IA BookReader is licensed under AGPLv3, actual download and installation of this JavaScript library will be left as a user initiated exercise via a .KPZ plugin. However, this patch will add the supporting cgi perl module and templates to integrate and facilitate the integrated functionality. This feature is being partly sponsored by Bhaktivedanta Research Centre (BRC) of ISKCON. BRC presently maintains its catalogue using Koha v3.18 A short video of the preliminary functionality is available on Youtube [2]. Why you do not send the patch with this feature? I watched your video and seems to me a very exciting feature.
You can see actually it in live-action here http://library.brcindia.com/cgi-bin/koha/opac-shelves.pl?viewshelf=3 Bhaktivedanta Research Centre is sponsoring part of the dev costs. They should go officially only by next week. Hope to release it sometime then. I still need to work out a few kinks in the code.
Another question is where I can find the .KPZ plugin?
