[Koha-devel] Missing optional Net::Z3950::SimpleServer dependency causes ~/koha prove t to fail

Technically, Net::Z3950::SimpleServer is an optional dependency, so the test suite probably shouldn't fail if it's not installed? I'll just look at installing it, so it shouldn't be a big drama, but just wondering what people think about this.
