Paul, I wrote the new Hourly Loans RFC at http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Hourly_Loans_RFC. It's not currently sponsored, but I'm in talks with a potential client that would be willing to throw some funding at making it a reality. Assuming all the monetary dealings go according to plan (not my department), I'm going to do the development for this on an open branch, and will welcome patches from other developers. If this could be a branch on git.koha-community.org, that'd be great, otherwise I'll set it up on the ByWater repo. Is it an abandonned_RFC from LL (don't think so, we had http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Hourly_circulation_policies_RFC that was the LL one if i'm not mistaking) ?
