According to the last major meeting on #koha, Shaun has started working on reskinning the NPL templates, starting on the login screen.
The login screen looks great! And...that's as far as I got ;)

Yeah, that's sort of as far as we got, too.. :) We decided to basically copy the NPL templates for everything except the navigation bar (which we'll be changing slightly) and the home page (which I would like to be based on a Google News type layout), and then reskin it using our css.
