[Koha-devel] "bump that up" question in script

the question that buildrease script asks: bump that up to 1.9.4? Is it something that a regular user should be aware of, or is it just for the mantainer? the second question it asks: What should the new release be [1.9.4]? Does it affect the tarball or a release or is it used only for the name of the newly created tarball? Is it relevant for me to put RC4 or whatever? thanks Benedict
