I got the following error message back today:
rt@katipo.co.nz Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<rt@katipo.co.nz>: host mx1.katipo.co.nz [202.50.109.192]: 450 <rt@katipo.co.nz>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table
Is something broken with the website bug tracker?
Looks like that is our fault, bad setup on reply address for the queue. If you start a new ticket, it should use the address support@support.katipo.co.nz as the reply to addres.
Can I have a template for the new design, please?
