I agree that we should deprecate prog with 3.16, but I think that CCSR should wait another release
I know a lot of folks have been switching to CCSR, but I wouldn't be surprised if the number of customized prog templates wasn't higher just because it was around longer. Anyway, CCSR is a sub-theme of prog, so keeping one longer means keeping both longer as far as I know.
