2. This is the error message from the log file

this one means the mySQL server is down.

DBD::mysql::st fetchrow failed: fetch() without execute() at /usr/local/koha/intranet/scripts/z3950daemon/proc essz3950queue line 264, <KC> line 22. Thanks, Greg
