Hi David. Put your name in the role page. There is a vote at the meeting, but generally it is a vote as a group for the different roles. While I have been around for nearly half of Koha’s life, I have not taken on any release roles in that time. Other than Topic Expert for one or two releases.
This time, I want to join the Quality Assurance Team, but I’m wondering about the process. Do I just put my name on the wiki, does it go to a vote, or is there something else I need to do?
