[Koha-devel] Problem with misc/sax_parser_print.pl

Sorry to be a newbie on this, but I believe I have everthing else working but there isn't a file like this in my install. So when I do my make test it is throwing errors everywhere. It is indicated to edit the ini file... OK so I don't understand what needs to be edited. The file is currently empty. Did I miss a step or ? Thank you for your attention, I want to test and help but have stumbled!
