Thanks for your patience James, I just tried to import 510 records, all of which have identical ISBNS (020 field) to the 3000 records in my Koha database and I am still getting the "0 records with at least one match in catalog per matching rule "ISBN". Let me recap because I need your help and there has to be an answer to this. I installed version 3.05.00.011 over a month ago, before I reported the bug - I just heard about the patch recently so I am eager to continue importing records (and items). I am not technical at all but don't I need to do something to "get" the patch installed? Or, if I have this patch, how do I "apply" it to my computer? Bottom line is I still do not have the duplicate detection working. All 510 new imports have identical ISBNs to existing records -- I imported only the first copy of book records, now I am adding the 510 "second copies" records. All should match. -----Original Message----- From: Mason James [mailto:mtj@kohaaloha.com] Sent: Thursday, October 06, 2011 9:30 PM To: Hartman, David W. - GBTS Library Cc: koha-devel Subject: Re: [Koha-devel] Koha 3.05 On 2011-10-7, at 2:01 PM, Hartman, David W. - GBTS Library wrote:
Hello James,
Yes, but I cannot get the "detect duplicates" to work when importing records. This error was reported and patched after I installed. How do I get the patch update?
