[Koha-devel] 1.3.3 and MARC21/english parameters

I've developped a new feature that checks the consistency of MARC parameters table. It does 7 differents tests. If you installed the 1.3.3 version with the MARC21/english parameters and test it with this new feature, you'll see 3 errors !
