I am looking for doco on upgrading a Koha/2.2.9 install to Koha 3. Well, actually just the database.

I note this from the INSTALL file:

   UPGRADE    =======    If you are upgrading from a previous installation of Koha 3, you can    use the following:

    perl Makefile.PL --prev-install-log /path/to/koha-install-log     make     make test     sudo make upgrade

Searching the wiki.koha.org doesn't turn up any more info about the upgrade process.

Could someone pls point me at some more info about this?
