I've tried and keep the same problem. The professional search works very well but not the opac. Maybe there's something wrong on the record.abs?
In your Zebra log file, do you still have this?
not Suppress=1
You can also try to force OpacSuppression syspref to false:
UPDATE systempreferences SET value=0 WHERE variable='OpacSuppression'
