As I'm sure you're aware, Koha has just entered the "feature freeze"...
Understood. And more likely, some of my submissions may get stuck due to my own deficiencies. I understand the nature of QA is that some patches get sent back down to the minor leagues for remediation before they are pushed. No worries. I am still on the shallow end of a pretty long learning curve. Like bugs 6914 and 6915 that I filed yesterday, I'll be starting with smallish fixes for things that happen to bite me or otherwise cause annoyance when I poke them. I do have some feature areas where I have enhancements in mind, but no sense of hurry about getting there.
If you'd like some Git practice, you can always test submitted patches and send them back with your sign-off. A list of patches that need a signoff can be found here: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&field0-0-0=cf_patch_status&query_format=advanced&type0-0-0=equals&value0-0-0=Needs%20Signoff&title=Bug%20List:%20Needs%20Signoff
That is very helpful, thanks. I definitely need more git practice, and more Bugzilla practice. I've taken the liberty of linking that bug status query as a "See Also" to the related workflow document: http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Sign_off_on_patches.
