I see two option: a) I create the patch and I attach it to a bug in bugzilla, dimentions are not a problem
Creating a patch and attaching it to the bug is what I recommend.
I have upload the patch for Italian MARC21 support here: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=12241 I create a patch, but I upload it in .zip format. The orginal patch is 8.3 Mb and 68.621 lines long.
