So question for Paul (and other French/Western Europeans) if we moved the meeting to 19:00 GMT, are you more likely to attend?
Much less likely. It's dinner time and other family commitments prevent changing that much on a Monday. By 20:00 UTC, I can just about slip away without disrupting everything. 19:00 UTC should be fairly easy on Tuesday-Thursday most weeks. Then again, I've been pretty marginal the last few months.
