I don't see any problem to backport simple acquisition (ie without a bookseller). It should work fine, as the 1.2 API is still valid. Note some pseudo-MARC stuff from steve should be dropped in the process. * cataloguing exists only in MARC, as the "standard" acquisition system contains a simple cataloguing process. We could link cataloguing to "modbiblio" process if we want. To conclude : I agree it would be a good idea to do this. But the question here is : who does it ? I can't do it, I've enough to do !!! If nobody volunteers, then, does everyone agree 2.0 can be released anyway ?
