[Koha-devel] 16909 breaks member add

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=16909 It's been pushed to master, but seemingly is the cause of not being able to add new member. Pressing Save just brings us back to the page. Not sure exactly what I should be doing with the status and importance of the bug, but this blocks further development (short term) and obviously any release (long term). What is the correct procedure to raise the issue?
