Everything is running smoothly except Guided report generation (Reports > Guided report). I tested with SQL report also and it's working nicely.

Hi A patch for this is at http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=8072 and if it makes it past QA will be in the 3.8.1 release Chris
