[Koha-devel] Warnings about Koha to MARC links

I have a question about Koha/MARC links On marctagstructure.pl it says "If you change the link between a MARC subfield and a non-MARC field, ask your administrator to run misc/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl script." On marc_subfields_structure.pl, next to the "link" field, it says "Warning: This value should not change after data has been added to your catalog." Are these not talking about the same thing? Which is correct? I would like to remove the warning from marctagstructure.pl since it pertains directly to subfield editing, but I want to make sure the note on marc_subfields_structure.pl is accurate.
