You will need to be a bit more specific about what you mean by "suitable". Libraries (particularly public libraries) already use Koha for DVD's and a range of media - including cataloguing websites etc as well.
I mean, can it be configured to catalogue such features as certificate, region, language, subtitles etc without the system wanting an ISBN for them?
