[Koha-devel] dev_week fines management

We're looking at porting some of the rel_3_0 fines work to dev_week; for those of you running dev_week, what are your functional requirements? What is needed minimally? The obvious: writeoffs seem broken. partial payments on fines not allowed. no holidays management.
