[Koha-devel] ZOOM 1.16 vs. 1.21

Hi, Koha currently requires version 1.16 of the Perl module ZOOM. I've submitted a patch to fix a use of a method that wasn't introduced until version 1.19, but it occurred to me that we might as well just require the most recent version, 1.21.
