[Koha-devel] HOLDPLACED should be emailed to item branch rather than patron branch

Hi all, I had some librarians raise to me that the HOLDPLACED email goes to the patron branch rather than the item branch. I've raised https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=32499 to address this, but can anyone think of a reason why it should stay the patron branch and not the item branch?
