I think it's useful to organise the GBSD = it's better to work module by module. At least, at BibLibre, developers will be 2 for a module, working on all kind of patches. It might not be necessary to claim bugs before signing off, but at least it's there if people want to use it... mmm... one more place to write something. I'm not happy with this idea. I think it's easier to yell on #koha "working on #XXXX now" is enough. And if there is something about the entry, then add a comment on the entry.
