[Koha-devel] Search for cyrillic words not good

I am work with Koha 2.2.7 for Windows, encoding utf-8. Addition of records works as English and Ukrainian (cyrillic alphabet) well. But search for cyrillic is case-dependent, although for English words search does not depend from register. Also added one cyrillic book to LibLime: http://koha.liblime.com/cgi-bin/koha/bookshelves/shelves.pl?viewshelf=56 But there search for this book not work at all It's bug?
