your release of Koha already has this patch, you don't need to apply anything
Bottom line is I still do not have the duplicate detection working. All
510 new imports have identical ISBNs to existing records -- I imported only the first copy of book records, now I am adding the 510 "second copies" records. All should match.

describe the steps you took (screenshots are good here) and please attach a problematic MARC record(s) to the bug, so others can test your problem
