[Koha-devel] Has the default been fixed in 2.2.9 for Issue Rules?

Dear List-Colleagues: The user guide states that this feature is currently broken but is to be fixed soon. Well, we are installing 2.2.9 - has it been fixed - I have not been able to find a reference anywhere on the net about this.
