[Koha-devel] To port Koha on Windows

Hi to all, Reading the wiki page http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=en:installation:win32:koha_3_win32_installe... it think that there problems on the use of perl module XML::LibXSLT. I think it is a must for a working Koha 3.0 on windows. Is it so ? I probably have a light budget to pay a very skilled C developer to fix the problem. Is it useful ? Are there others problems to have Koha 3.0 on windows ?
