https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Category:Koha_Versions> which seems to stop at 3.16 -- which can't be right (or where do versions .18 - .24 fit in?) Then I found a reference to "Koha 16.05 (formerly 3.24)" -- and don't remember seeing anything about a new version numbering system.
Is it written up anywhere, please?
It was proposed by the project's Release Manager on the General IRC meeting on March 9th 2016. It was voted and approved too.
