For those that are interested, I've made a repository (the RPM version of a PPA :-) ) to install all of the requirements for koha 3.10 - including those needed to get plack up and running.

The repo can be added by running:

sudo wget "http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/vanoudt/Fedora_17/home:vanou..." -O /etc/yum.repos.d/koha.repo
