Its a very useful feature and HLT use it quite often I think, if a book is say damaged and they want to grab it, they can place a reserve and rank it priority 1. This is something NPL would really like to have. I wasn't able to find such a function anywhere in 2.2. If it does exist, let me know. If not we should add it to our TODO list for 2.4.
