No, most of the external web services that Koha consumes are under the enhanced content banner, which I think is a better conceptual niche for them.
If external webservices are under enhanced content banner then webservice is ok. Webservices FROM Koha would be a bit long in a tab. -- Henri-Damien LAURENT
