To check the quality of bib records during cataloguing
Hi to all, my cataloguers are new to MARC21 and they find difficult remenber to insert punctation at the end of subfield (in 245 for example). Do anyone develop a checker about puntaction ? MARC21 . The punctuation is stored in marc_subfield_structure, so its the same using MARC21 or UNIMARC. In administration->MARC Bibliographic framework->Marc Structure->Subfields->Edit subfields there are two new fields, punctuacion and help. We have to fill those fields with some help and the isbd punctuation to a determinate subfield. Those values will appear when we are cataloguing. 2012/1/19 Zeno Tajoli <tajoli@cilea.it>
