MARC Authority management ideas on wiki
http://www.saas.nsw.edu.au/koha_wiki/index.php?page=MarcAuthorities pls read & feedback if you modify the wiki, pls post it here (nothing is sent when a wiki is modified. Would be a nice feature to "subscribe" to a wiki page to be warned when a modif is done) -- Paul POULAIN Consultant indépendant en logiciels libres responsable francophone de koha (SIGB libre http://www.koha-fr.org)

Some discussion about that here: http://tavi.sourceforge.net/EmailNotification Summary: To prevent abuse, notification requires wiki authentication of some type...? Another option is to send out a daily digest of wiki "Recent Changes" to user(s) who subscribe to a mailman list (or similar). Any more ideas? R.

RSS is nice, and probably good for that kind of thing. That might be nice for CVS changes, too. -kolibrie

Am RSS feed is now available for Koha Wiki: http://www.koha.org/wiki/index.php?action=rss I have only tested with Mozilla 'FireFox' browser using 'RSS Reader Panel' extension - It seems to work just fine both in RHLinux 7.3 and Windoze XP. For general information about rss: http://www.mnot.net/rss/tutorial/ For more specific information about Koha wiki filtering/syntax options and tested RSS readers: http://tavi.sourceforge.net/index.php?page=RSS+Syndication The above information and some links to related informaion has been added to the wiki page: http://www.koha.org/wiki/ Please advise of any problem(s). Enjoy :) R.
