imho, it would be better to have a "add-on" section on sourceforge. It could contain nice features/scripts that are not part of the core Koha distrib, and could be dld separatly. Such add-on like "rss" are really nice but : * it could need releases not synchronized with Koha-core * ppl that don't care with this feature didn't have to bother with it during installation...

I think this is a great idea. We should probably ask that any coded in the contributed section be GPL'd, just to keep things common throughout the project.

In this section, we could have a "migration-tools" too, that would specialised in migration scripts.
