xxx-top.inc : note for translators
The xxx-top.inc files that are in the /koha-tmpl/default/en/includes are composed of gif files, and are quite impossible to translate. That's why i've created new ones for the french translation of koha. Feel free to use them for your own translation. They are only text+css. Hi - for the OPAC at least I've made a new vanilla template that is all styles and text - i think they are waiting on finlay to get into a release tho cheers R

Hi Paul, I don't see them in the directory. They are the same as the english files (*.gif entries are still there).
Maybe they are now. It was a too big commit, and was delayed until moderator approval. Note they are in /koha-tmpl/intranet/default...
