[Koha-translate] Armenian plural question

Hello, In the translation platform, Armenian is setup with no plural IIUC. Technical details: "Plural-Forms: nplurals=1; plural=0;\n" Is that actually true? One of issues is that the {count} is expected to be used in the translation. It's to be replaced with the actual number.
