in fact I find that on 3.8 I have the same permissions of 3.6. The only difference is in http://translate.koha-community.org/accounts/tajoli I see tink for 3.2, 3.4, 3.6 and not for 3.8 It is strange but the effect is irrilevant. Thank you for your help.
