Koha is translated into italian. But you need to download the code of last stable relaase (http://download.koha.org/koha-3.00.04_fixed.tar.gz) and install it with italian language. I'm the coordinator of italian translation. In the 3.0.4 we don't' translate the strings on button for a bug on translation process.
