I've run perl translate install zh-Hans-CN using Koha 3.10, but I get a number of errors in the command line where the Chinese characters appear as strings of nonsense characters. At the end it can't find the charset and defaults to UTF-8. Afterwards, zh-Hans-CN works for the staff interface, but the prog opac theme (which is supposedly finished) breaks with the following software error with more gibberish that failed to properly appear as Chinese characters: Template process failed: file error - parse error - doc-head-close.inc line 3: unexpected token (版本) [% 版本 %] at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Templates.pm line 132. Looking at doc-head-close.inc, I think the scrambled words are "Version". Is there a Perl or Debian simplified Chinese package I'm missing? Any help appreciated.
