[Koha-translate] Warning: '%s' translation with '%'

Dear Koha Translators, Today, a bug concerning Spanish translation has been reported by an user: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=5740 The Spanish staff .po file syntax is invalid in 3.2.3. There is line containing '%' alone when '%s' is expected. This kind of error sadly break completely the translation process, stop it and so leave the language templates partially translated.
