[Koha-translate] Is it possible to prepare manua.pol 3.16 for Italian ?

Hi to all, we want to restart to transalte the manual. I think that now is better to work on 3.16 and work on 3.18 around January/Febrary 2015. Is it possible to have here, http://es.koha-community.org/pootle/it/, the 3.16 manual with translations taken from 3.14 ? It is also useful to have the manual.po file splitted in many files Thank you for everything.
