[Koha-translate] Malformed header in syspref .po file

Hello, I just opened the bug http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10214 because I've discovered a problem in syspref.po file. This problem is symptom-less for pootle users, but transifex complains refuses to upload sysprefs.po because of a header missing.
