[Koha-translate] Translation af MARC21 with .po file in 3.16 ?

Hi to all, The patches to use .po files in translation of MARC21 frameworks are on master ? Do we want to translate MARC21 frameworks in 3.16 with those .po files ? Or do you need help to push patches into master befoure 3.16 release ?
