[Koha-translate] Translation project request for sk-SK in Koha 3.10

      Hello,

I would like to kindly request creating of the translation project for
Slovak (sk-SK) in version 3.10. I already have the fully translated files
for 3.8.5 and would like to have them included with the official release of
3.10.
